HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LA SOIE SILK ACCESSORIES? -

Traditionally, silk is hand wash and dry clean only. Our silk accessories are one of the highest quality, so they are machine washable, but they are still silk and need as much care as we can give them.

ALWAYS use a ph neutral liquid detergent and/or fabric softener. Silk is a natural fiber, and washing in a solution that's too acidic or alkaline can harden the silk in a single wash. Do not use bleach products.

Another important factor is water temperature. Even just slightly above 30 degrees Centigrade or 85 degrees Fahrenheit can change silk dramatically. The safest method if your machine doesn't specify exact heat settings is either cold or just one level above cold.

If you wish to maximize the life of your accessories, hand washing is the ultimate method. The gentler you wash your silk accessories, the longer it will keep its sheen. The same goes for drying, do not place silk accessories in a tumble dryer.

AREN'T ALL SILK ACCESSORIES THE SAME? -

Not all silk accessories are created equal. Watch out for toxic dyes and false claims of momme (fabric weight/thickness).

LA SOIE SILK ACCESSORIES made from pure mulberry silk with a thickness of 22 momme, are the best quality products.

WHAT IS MOMME? -

Momme is an old imperial measurement indicating the weight of the silk. The thicker or heavier the silk, the more it drapes, the softer it feels, and the longer it lasts.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

As soon as lasoiestudio.com has received a receipt of your transaction, we will process the order. We will deliver your purchased items in the shortest time possible. Your order within Lithuania is shipped by LPExpress, and by Lithuanian Post to the rest of the world. Lithuania: LPExpress 1-2 days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver worldwide. Please be aware we are not liable for any duties and taxes levied on international orders.

Europe: Standart Post 3-7 days. World: Standart Post 5-9 days. Please note delivery times are provided as guidelines only.

RETURNS

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we gladly offer a 14-day returns policy on all products, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. Please contact our customer care team on customercare@lasoiestudio.com within 14 days of receipt of your order, and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you!

Please be aware that due to the nature of our hair care products and hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on our products unless they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Due to hygiene reasons, our reusable face coverings are not returnable or exchangeable.

All products must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of communication with our team, confirming the returns procedure.

We will endeavor to process your return the day we receive your parcel; however, this could take up to 10 working days under some circumstances. Once your return is inspected and accepted, we will send you an email confirming your refund.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. It can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account. We regret that we do not cover return shipping costs and advise a tracked service as we are not responsible for any items that may go missing in the post.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT


All prices displayed at the lasoiestudio.com are in EUR (VAT included). The shipping cost will be calculated and shown when you check out your items.

Orders outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the destination country. We are unable to specify the exact amount of duties and taxes you might have to pay for your parcel as your local Customs decide these charges. You may receive an invoice for the local taxes and duties.

At the checkout, your credit card will be charged with the amount of the purchased items and the shipping cost. You will then immediately receive electronic order confirmation, and once we receive the receipt of your payment, the order will be processed.
